
Running4theMasses is updated for 11.5.12.
Well, even though I’m taking time off from running, it was a very productive weekend. My wife was able to get some very productive runs in, and I couldn’t be happier as she even ventured out of her comfort zone and hit one of the local trail this weekend, and enjoyed it. She only said she is not used to running on that type of surface, so it would take time to get used to. I’m proud of her.
As for myself, I didn’t run, even though I was so tempted, but I did start strength training again. I did about 45 minutes work of a mixture of kettlebell workouts and dumbbells on Sunday night. I will continue to do that 3-5 times a week, and look to tighten things up and lean out. I’ll be utilizing my @Synergenics #Workout Mode to get me to my body potential.
