Good morning all,
Due to an extremely busy week, Running4theMasses will have a brief hiatus for a few days to get through this busy time and schedule.
We will be back in a few days at full force, and I promise that I’ll have some new reviews ready to go for some great products.
Have a great week, and we’ll be back soon.

The weekend is upon us again. Time to take advantage of at least one more day of nice weather and try to get in a meaningful run. It would be my 1st since my 50K, and I’m anxious to see how my body will react, especially since I’ve really been lifting more than usual.
Everyone have a great weekend, and enjoy the nice weather if you are around it.

After a needed off day, to work some of the soreness out, today, we get back to the grind with another lifting session. Can’t wait to throw some weights around and start transforming my body some more. Looking to get stronger to handle the rigors of long races.
Best to you all in your training.

What a feeling!!!! I love this kind of sore. The sore you get when you put your body through a great workout. That is what I feel this morning. I pushed myself for 45 minutes, if not more last night of non-stop lifting, and it felt great. I basically got a full body workout in, doing everything from kettlebell squats to dumbbell bench, and everything in between. It was sort of invigorating to do all of that last night. My body is feeling it this morning, but not as much as I thought it would, in a good way.
Thinking about an off night tonight, and back at it tomorrow. We’ll see if I take that advice.
Best of luck to all of you in your training.

So, I may not be running right now, but I did get in a quick 25 minute workout last night of some kettlebells and dumbbells again. Not much, a little sore from the previous night; however, it was enough to feel I got in an adequate workout of shoulders and arms.
I’ll get back at it again tonight with some more upper body, legs, and arms again.

Well, even though I’m taking time off from running, it was a very productive weekend. My wife was able to get some very productive runs in, and I couldn’t be happier as she even ventured out of her comfort zone and hit one of the local trail this weekend, and enjoyed it. She only said she is not used to running on that type of surface, so it would take time to get used to. I’m proud of her.
As for myself, I didn’t run, even though I was so tempted, but I did start strength training again. I did about 45 minutes work of a mixture of kettlebell workouts and dumbbells on Sunday night. I will continue to do that 3-5 times a week, and look to tighten things up and lean out. I’ll be utilizing my @Synergenics #Workout Mode to get me to my body potential.
Here’s to all of your successful workouts!!!!

The weekend is upon us, and the weather looks like it is going to be beautiful. Too bad I’m taking a break from things, but it is much-needed. When I get back to things, I will be back with a purpose and goal in mind. Just have to determine what that is going to be.
Best to all of you and your endeavors this weekend.
