Finally, I got some good miles logged. It is not as if I hadn’t been running, it was just that I was limiting my runs for some time to 3-5 miles to try to maintain some endurance, and be able to sort of dive into my marathon training full force. It seems to have paid off slightly.
Now, I just got to get my dieting/eating corrected, and figure out my pre-run, and during run nutrition (gels, waffles, water, etc). Once I get it all figured out, I’ll be set and have no doubt I’ll kill this marathon.
