My oh my has this hot weather just been brutal, even in the evenings. When it is still in the 90’s at 8:00 at night, WOW, brutal. Cramping, dehydration, all of it come into play, and my muscles are feeling the effects of all of this heat. Been pretty happy that I’ve been able to get SOME miles in regardless of the heat. Hopefully, one day, it will start to cool off, and I can really get a good training run in.
