Well, another week, more miles, but this heat has just been brutal!!!! Did a speed workout last night that I had to cut short due to it being too darn hot, and I was spend. I did manage to go home and finish a 30 minute @RKSworkout Kettlebell routine. Darn was I spent after that. Great workouts!!!!
