Yesterday was an off day for me from all training. I don’t know if it was good or bad, or needed, but I’ll take it. I ended up falling asleep on the couch while watching a movie with my little man. Boy, was that a mistake. I felt awful when I came to. Ended up having trouble sleeping at night. That has been my downfall lately, I’ve been having trouble sleeping. Tossing, turning, not being able to get comfortable. Don’t know if it the training I’m doing, change in diet, or what, but it is not fun.
I’ve got me an hour interval run tonight and am debating on running it outdoors or on the treadmill again.
