So, last night, I had another interval training session. A brief warm-up followed by 5 sets of pace running (3 minutes of recovery followed by 7 minutes of tempo). Again, the weather was brutal out, so I took my run to the gym and the treadmill again. MAN, I’m really liking using the treadmill for my interval workouts. Might have to make it my staple for those days.
Anyways, I got my new product from my new sponsor yesterday, @Energychews (Livewire Energy), and man, are these little chews legit!!!! After going home, getting a shower, and eating, later in the evening, I finished #9 of 16 of my @RKSworkout workout videos. I got a new weight kettlebell yesterday, and wow, am I a little sore today after yesterdays video. Great workouts, and I’m definitely feeling a difference in my body and training. Best investment I’ve ever made. I actually look forward to these workouts because I’m getting something out of it that is so beneficial.
