Yesterday was an off day; however after my Sunday run and the soreness I initially felt, I felt great and felt as if I could have gone out for at least a 10K run. May have been wise not to, but I felt that good. The @ProCompression socks are heaven-sent!!!! After a few hours of wearing them on Sunday, I felt as good as new and my soreness was gone. Next week sometime, I plan on putting together a review of the marathon socks and their training socks. One of the best socks I’ve ever worn.
Last night, I finished workout #11 of the @RKSworkout dvd series. Man are these workouts legit in such a short period of time. I’ve still been sore (in a good way) after my last 2 workouts, and I can really feel it in the strength of my running. Doing this 4 times a week has been the best thing I’ve done and implement into my training. Definitely a missing ingredient.
Back to the grind tonight with another seemingly long run and another @RKSworkout. Stay safe and train hard!!!!
