Running4theMasses has been updated for 8.3.12.
So, the weather has still been in triple digits, making it hard to run outside. I’m not a morning person, except for the weekends to get my runs in, and I like running in the evenings during the week, so I guess you have to go with what you are comfortable with right? Last night might have served me better to run indoors, but I still got in a decent run in the heat. It was an interval run, 4 fast, 4 recovery for 10 sets. I only managed to muster about 5 sets in the heat, but still managed close to 5.5 miles on the run, so not all was lost. Runs are runs, no matter good or bad, and logging miles is important right now to build up endurance and a threshold.
