So, the heat is still unbearable (98 here yesterday) and I had an interval workout on the track. Man did that suck, but I did get it done. 30 minute run with 10 sets of 1 minute recovery and 1 minute at pace or above. I really pushed it, and my pace intervals were pretty decent and consistent for me. Don’t know how much it will help in the end, but every little bit counts, right?
