Running4theMasses has been updated for 8.14.12.
As my training intensifies, I’m making a slight shift in things and starting or looking to start to hit the trails more to try to stave off injury or at least minimize the possibility from pounding pavement. I have a great group of runners to thank for that, the G.O.A.T.Z.
I’m disappointed that tonight, I’m going to have to miss the opportunity to run with them again for their Taco Tuesday night. Trail running, tacos, and beer? Wow, what a combination, and the chance to meet more G.O.A.T.Z., what a great opportunity it would have been. There is always next week. I was told yesterday I was getting deep into this, and it is not the case. I already was, just didn’t do it as often as I’d like, and I think trail running really needs to be done in a group.
I had an off day yesterday from running, but I did manage to finish my 1st 4 week cycle of my RKS kettlebell workouts. There has been a noticeable transformation (not huge) but I can tell a change in my strength, energy level, and some in my appearance. It is awesome. Round 2 to start tonight or tomorrow.
