So, yesterday I posted I was going to try something a little different in my training, and I was going to try to run over my lunch hour. I did make an attempt at it, and it went fairly well. I don’t have a ton of time at noon to run and the places I can run close to home are limited; however it is enough time to try to get at least 5 miles in, and I have a running/bike trail just down the street to run. I was able to do that yesterday, and I’m going to attempt to do it again today.
Here was my run yesterday afternoon:
One thing I do like about running over lunch is I was able to recover in the afternoon by drinking some @WATAAH, and in the evening, I was able to get in a great @RKSworkout. I feel my self getting stronger by the day with these workouts, and even though the physical appearance doesn’t necessarily show the change, I feel it, and that is all that matters.
