Had a productive off day yesterday where I finished another great @RKSworkout. I highly recommend people to check out these videos. 30 minutes tops for an extremely effective workout that is helping me melt away the fat and get shredded, or as shredded as I can get. Round 2 definitely more difficult that round #1 with the increase in weight. I can’t wait to see what round #3 will bring when I increase the weight again. Now it is just a matter of deciding to go up 5 or 10 pounds on the next kettlebell.
Along with the @RKSworkout regiment is the addition of the @Synergenic #Workout Mode supplement. This stuff just keeps getting better and better with each use no matter if I’m running or just doing a kettlebell workout. I only have one word to use for it, INCREDIBLE!!!!
Today, I have about a 30-45 minute run, and I’m thinking I might do it over my lunch hour. On a sour note, my Motoactv watch is starting to take a nose dive, and is doing some crazy stuff. Starting on its own, stopping on its own, and mixing songs in their own crazy mixes. Time to start looking for a new GPS watch; however, I think I’ve got that one all taken care of. Just time to get it purchased.
Looking forward to getting my new marathon outfit today, and today, I added to my collection of @ProCompression marathon socks with those I’ll be wearing for my marathon on the 23rd. Pictures of the outfit to come later next week.
