Well, I’m mere weeks away from another milestone in my running; however, somewhere down deep, I feel like I’m letting myself down. Am I not running enough? Am I not resting enough? Am I not eating right? I just can’t seem to figure out why I have this pit in my stomach as I prepare to run a 50K race.
I’m extremely excited about this, and know I’ll have a great support group out there getting me through the race, but I feel like I’m just missing something, and can’t put my finger on it. I know there is 2 weeks from this Sunday to the big day, and I guess I’ll have to figure it out soon. I’ll take any suggestions to help me get over this feeling if you’ve felt something similar before.
