Running4theMasses has been updated for 10.18.12.
So, they finally arrived, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll get to break them in this weekend for sure with a 10 mile run with a group of @GreatGoats. I think it will be a good test for me to see what I can push out of myself right now, and where I need to hold back. I think I have a pretty good idea of where I’ll need to push things, where I’ll need to walk, and where I can do a combination of both. 50K is going to be a challenge, but at the end of it, I’ll be so much better for doing it!!!!
I know my posts here are short and sweet. Sometimes, I have a lot to say, and sometimes, very little. I’ll make sure that all changes after the 50K. I want to be more informative to you all with what is going on with me, my training, my nutrition, etc., as well as what I have planned in the future!!!!
