What a feeling!!!! I love this kind of sore. The sore you get when you put your body through a great workout. That is what I feel this morning. I pushed myself for 45 minutes, if not more last night of non-stop lifting, and it felt great. I basically got a full body workout in, doing everything from kettlebell squats to dumbbell bench, and everything in between. It was sort of invigorating to do all of that last night. My body is feeling it this morning, but not as much as I thought it would, in a good way.
Thinking about an off night tonight, and back at it tomorrow. We’ll see if I take that advice.
